Hi! I’m Ebony Fowler, M.ed, LCPC and I’m very excited to meet you! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor serving women and children in Maryland and Pennsylvania, virtually. I am passionate about supporting my clients in their pursuit of peace, clarity, and balance in their daily lives. I work with children ages 9 and above; utilizing an eclectic toolkit of art and play centered strategies to assist children with learning to process and manage their emotions in a healthier manner. I also work with adults with common mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, adhd, low self-esteem, and other stress related ailments.
I’ve been committed to serving children and families for over thirteen years, in various professional positions, at schools and local nonprofit organizations. I’ve gained an invaluable amount of knowledge, since licensed, while serving as a community-based psychotherapist, a school-based therapist, a senior addictions counselor, a counseling group facilitator, and a certified yoga teacher.
Empowering women and children of color with therapeutic skills to help them better understand and regulate their emotions is essential to the mission of this practice. This practice is open to serving all women and children in need and intentional about providing mental health counseling and education within the African-American community.
